From the Motherwell workshops

About this blog

Words from a community that knows what it means to carry weight

This blog exists for the same reason our workshops do: because practical, honest information about anxiety and sleep is genuinely useful, and it should be freely available to anyone who needs it. We write about the techniques we teach, the people we work alongside, and the everyday reality of living in a post-industrial town where stress and sleeplessness are rarely spoken about but widely shared.

We also publish stories from participants — with their full permission — because hearing someone describe a change in their own words is often more persuasive than any statistic. If you have attended one of our programmes and would like to share your experience, we would love to hear from you.
